| Testimonial | We stayed at the Old Post House Hotel during our recent Land's End to John O'Groates challenge. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived and upheld their commitment to being a bike friendly hotel. The food was exellent and there appeared nothing that the staff wouldn't do to make our evening comfortable. We left in the morning fully refreshed and ready for another long ride. We are not sure that we will ever cycle from Land's End to John O'Groates again but we will stay at The Old House Hotel if we ever find ourselves in Clitheroe. | Testimonial | thanks for a lovely friendly stay on Saturday November 28th. The service is still the same as when we first stayed with you if not better. The rooms were lovely and clean and warm and you are still as friendly and remembered us. The in laws were happy with their room apart from it being too hot, but we said to them why didn't they turn the radiator down and they said they didn't think of that!! still got to make exceptions for them I suppose they are in their seventes. Well, have a lovely christmas and all the best for 2010 and our next visit to clitheroe. We will probably come up for a couple of nights next time as we really want to try out the evening menu. Little did we know that our warm memories of fabulous service and helpful accommodations would fill our hearts now and years to come. Roger and Pru and staff made our stay unbelieveably memorable. They accommodated six of us perfectly. We loved the full English breakfast every morning and they were so flexible with our two year old's eating habits, as well as beautiful cooking for the rest of us off the wonderful menu.
